the car. You obviously covered all of the bases that commonly lead to issues where the ECU, even though it isn't by fault of the ECU, gets the blame anyhow. I've always targeted a bit on the richer side with my chip programming (despite what some people may lead you to believe) and so long as there are no issues in the car you can expect to see low/mid 11 A/F ratios. Your numbers are spot-on which tells me the powerplant systems are in excellent order, so hats off to you for a job well done!
